- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family had a dog that lived to 18 and we loved Dr. Etzel BUT ever since Dr. Etzel left the practice this place has became very much about money and not about the animals... My family was told to take my 3 year dog else where when we asked about prices and payments of surgery that would remove a potenially cancerous growing tumor off of my dogs paw. We were told two different prices depending on how long she would be under... how would we be able to pay in full if we had no idea how long the surgery would be? Luckily we found a vet that is currently operating on my dog with a much lower price then floyd harbors ( more than half the amount they wanted) with no questions asked and with the payment split into two... because they care more about the animals than the money !October 06, 2017by Kristen Rachelle
