- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. My children were patients before we moved. My new pediatrician has put in 3 separate requests for my children's medical records and there has been no response. In the past 2 weeks I have left 3 messages with the Medical records requesting someone please call me back to tell me how I can get a copy of their immunization record.
