- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I honestly don't understand all the bad reviews either. Brought my Mom here to seek relief for back pain, called on a Saturday, got a Monday appt, try doing that somewhere else. Now, remember, it does say walk ins welcome, so don't expect to be seen in 10 minutes. The girls are very nice and helpful, the waiting room is huge and clean, as well as the examination rooms and bathroom. Dr. Silverman saw my Mom and was really very helpful in putting her mind at ease, and offering different treatment options, as well as physical therapy. It also wasn't a hit and run kind of thing, he took his time and listened to her probably 20-25 minutes, and seemed genuinely concerned.
